Finance Director

This is a senior role that will cover managing the day-to-day functioning of the Finance operations area in a dynamic medical environment.

Key Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience at a similar post;
• Outstanding management and financial controlling skills;
• Successful experience implementation of projects automation based on 1C, installation budgeting system, financial control;
• Knowledge of accounting and program 1C 8.1.3 UPP, MS Excel;
• Knowledge of tax legislation and GAAP;
• Analytical mind;
• Strategic thinking;
• Systematic approach to issues;
• English - upper-intermediate;
• Willingness to complex and unusual tasks;
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently work with large volumes of information;
• Initiative, sociability, sedulity.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Setting up the financial department of the company;
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting;
• Formation of international management reporting;
• Supervise company's operating activities;
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting;
• Implementing different projects on financial and operational control;
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
