HR generalist

Requirements:

• 2+ year experience in IT Recruiter role (experience in IT is a must)
• Knowledge of all HR processes (adaptation, motivation, stuffing, performance evaluation)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, proactivity, flexibility and good communication skills
• Upper intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:

• Providing full cycle recruitment services and consultancy
• On-boarding process and adaptation of new employees
• Support employees with company's processes and procedures
• Providing one to one meetings
• Organization of corporate events, meetings
• Manage HR documents
• Providing Recruitment&HR support for company
