Deputy Head of Luxury Destinations Department

Main responsibilities:

• Lead & develop the team;
• Monitor profit pools and define business plans for development luxury destinations;
• Monitor sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to determine and achieve desired growth;
• Realizing sales targets to VIP clients with excellent service;
• Control ordering and administrative process of sales;
• Providing information to VIP clients about luxury destination tours: individual variants, alternative opportunities;
• Develop strong relationships with hotels, regular communications with the host party, prompt resolution of difficult situations;
• Improving the quality of customer service;

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as tour operator or travel agency (preferably worked with VIP clients);
• Experience and high knowledge of deluxe hotels;
• Experience in managing external service;
• Strong knowledges minimum of 2 destinations: Indonesia, Vietnam, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, Maldives, Sri Lanka;
• Experience working with the host side;
• Experience working with individual tours and VIP clients;
• English Intermediate level;
• Good communication and management skills;
