Assistant for IT-department

International advertising agency is looking for a full-time remote assistant with a knowledge of English and Internet-related work experience.

We work with clients from USA, UK and other countries, among our customers are both Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Groupon, etc. and ambitious startups. We have a well-coordinated team of marketers, analyst, programmers and designers who sometimes need help with a variety of routine / time-consuming tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent English at a written level.
• At least 1 year of experience in any position related to the Internet (marketer, analyst, HR, etc).
• Ability to quickly find your way around new things (web services, applications, etc).
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Doing Internet-research, analyzing information and presenting it in an easy-to-understand form.
• Screening resumes, and performing preliminary interviews with potential candidates.
• Travel arrangements for company employees.
