QA Lead

We are looking for QA Lead!

Project: it will keep all historical track and will allow hundreds of users around Europe to access their data on daily basis.

Location: Kyiv, Kharkiv

Technical Skills:

• Experience in testing data and reports (Understanding Dimensions, Facts, Historization etc.)
• SQL knowledge
• Experience in testing Qlik Sense will be a plus
• Good knowledge and excellent using test techniques
• Using best practices and standards
• Ability to understand complex architecture solutions (data movements between architecture parts)
• Ability to find new approaches for testing or improve existing and share it with team
• Ability to manage one or several QC teams
• Provide testing metrics and testing status to management team
• Help QC team to grow and improve their skills
• Good communication skills
• Self-organized
• English intermediate +

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Team to the success of project
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
• Participate in process improvement teams and/or completes relative documentation when required
• Estimation and scope decomposition
• Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions
• Perform quality testing
• Communicate to all individuals effectively
• Participate in team meetings as required (safety, problem solving, etc.)
• Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department
• Interviewing potential candidates
