As the Sales Administrator you will be reporting to the Sales Director and your duties will involve:
* Supporting sales team with general operations to help reach sales objectives
* Checking data accuracy in all sales databases, orders and invoices
* Maintaining responsibility of all incoming and outgoing signed contracts and uploading to the company portal
* Preparing and developing sales reporting
* Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
Requirements:
* An administrative or sales background
* Hands on experience with CRM software and strong MS Excel skills
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
* Ability to prioritize own workload
* Must be detail oriented
