You are:

• A student 3-5 years of computer science;
• Familiar with MS SQL Server experience: DataBase structure development, T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures design & implementation;
• Able to read and understand Business Process description, analyze requirements and find solutions;
• Familiar with process automation and robotic process automation concepts;
• Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal);

With you we will:

• Review any support tickets or requests that come in from the RPA development team or end-users.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, which may involve investigating code, reviewing logs, or replicating scenarios.
• Communicate with the RPA development team to understand the context and details of the reported issues.
• Test the implemented solutions to ensure they address the reported problems and do not introduce new issues.
• Update the technical support documentation with newly discovered issues, their corresponding solutions, and any additional information that could aid in future troubleshooting.
• Participate in team meetings or discussions to provide insights, suggestions, and updates on ongoing support activities.
