Demand and Supply Planner

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Demand & Supply Planner position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio  of products  and customers.
• Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through  the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative  Planning processes.
• Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor  performance  in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the  Demand Plan and the Company’s  ability to sense  and respond to changing circumstances.
• Establishing the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to ensure Customer Service and satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints:
• Planning and optimizing mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints;
• Balancing the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location;
• Analyzing exceptions, taking business decisions within agreed Framework (based on priorities or after arbitration and product allocation) and adjusting planning results accordingly. Establishing production requirements for short and long term and following up on production plans;
• Establishing and periodically reviewing stock policies for Finished Goods:
• Analyzing and effectively communicating relevant information to respective Stakeholders. Highlighting all supply issues in proper advance. Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs.  Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process;
• Ensuring proper Master Data settings and SNP visibility (launches, re-launches, discontinuations).

Main Requirements:

• University Degree:
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain (Customer Service, Physical Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Planning);
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to details, result focus:
• Upper intermediate English.
