Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Group Brand Manager (Confectionary Business)  position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands;
• Develops Brand Essence;
• Delivers tastiest and healthiest food experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV;
• Understands shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers;
• Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands;
• Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands;
• Responsible for the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader;
• Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team

Main Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in Marketing, Management);
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestle or equivalent FMCG;
• Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams;
• Advanced | Fluent English.
