Community Management Specialist

You are: 

• A digital enthusiast with knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 

• Experienced  in Community Management (1 year)

• A professional with great analytical skills; 

• Confident user of MS Excel, MS Power Point; 

• An expert with the ability to deliver detail reporting; 

• Confident in English on al least Intermediate strong level and Ukrainian on Advanced level and French/Spanish/German on Upper-Intermediate level

• A great communicator and a team player;

• Completed higher education in the field of philology will be a plus.

With you we will: 

• Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestle based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management); 

• Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestle brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application; 

• Provide alerts about all online Nestle social media channels; 

• Prepare reports using data analytics;
