Main responsibilities:

• Service line management;
• Customer support;
• Root-cause analysis;
• User support;

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• Experience in IT would be an advantage (Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server preferred);
• Experience in Microsoft OS (WinXP, 7,10, 2000 Server);
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Knowledge of English and French (Advanced: spoken and written).
