Security Lead

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Security Lead position in Kharkiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Introducing and effectively managing policies, standards and processes to identify, assess and mitigate economic security and employees risks for the company in the market:
• Organizing and maintaining effective cooperation with location and department managers in the region as well as with Market Security Manager to provide for due and timely introducing the respective policies, standards and Nestle best practices;
• Providing businesses and functions constant support in terms of personnel, assets and reputation security;
• Coordinating and controlling service level of security providers in the region, determining their KPI, identifying service quality level improvement and cost reduction opportunities;
• Identifying and assessing security risks for the company locations in the region, developing, introducing and controlling plans to minimize these risks for the company employees, assets and reputation;
• Coaching and supporting local security champions at the respective locations;
• Providing permanent, timely and high-quality reporting in terms of security issues acc.to the respective instructions and requirements;
• Proactively developing employees information level regarding security issues at each location;
• Planning actions of locations managers and employees in unexpected and emergency situations, investigations, corrective security actions based on audit results and providing preliminary informing regarding regional or local threats that may impact company locations work in the region, developing and communication the respective materials and learning materials;
• Coordinating work of local crisis committees for all the security incidents;
• Participating in internal investigations. 

Main requirements:

• University Degree (Law, Finance, etc.);
• 10+ years of experience in security services, corporate security, audit, etc.;
• Knowledge of international corporate security standards and experience of their practical implementation;
• Solid understanding of field work methods and tools, as well as corporate security activities;
• Experience of successful internal investigations of security incidents and events, fraud, etc.;
• Experience of developing and introducing corporate policies and procedures;
• Competency in technical security tools introducing and usage;
• Team management and cross functional cooperation skills, organization and communication skills; 
• Confident MS Office user;
• Upper-intermediate English.
