Data Analytics Specialist

Nestle Business Services Lviv is announcing an opening for Data Analytics Specialist.

Day in the life:

• Design dashboards in Power BI and build business intelligence reports according to the partners’ needs
• Collect and process data from various warehouses; clean and ensure accuracy and integrity of data; review data for inconsistencies or anomalies
• Provide business intelligence dashboards with up-to-date data or introduce new data assets upon requests from the partners to facilitate decision-making
• Maintain dashboards and databases to ensure data integrity; identify reporting issues or gaps and drive timely resolution; streamline data collection processes
• Provide support to the partners as the data management expert during relevant meetings; communicate with databases owners to ensure data delivery and/or issues resolution
• Independently deliver ad-hoc requests from the partners; prepare clear and concise reports; ultimately, present some reports to internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improvements, implement best practices in collaboration with other team members and Partners

What will make you successful: 

• University degree with focus on data analytics, statistics, business intelligence or relevant field
• 2-4 years of experience working in data management and analysis field
• Experience with data coding / architecture a strong plus
• Strong Excel knowledge (incl. pivot tables, dashboards creation)
• Ability to work with large volumes of data; extrapolate conclusions from variety of data sources, both quantitative and qualitative
• Data visualization (experience with Power BI or similar tools) and presentation skills
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English
