Website Services Expert

Website Services Expert is responsible to build the new service lines and activities, define detailed processes, tools and timing of activities. Key expertise in areas: Content Management System, content, SEO, analytics, UX. The job also requires to deep dive on the requestor's websites to estimate the effort needed to deliver the services.

Main responsibilities:

• Build the detailed service lines for Website Services based on overall service design and priorities (detailed process flow, standard operation procedures, training materials, activities/effort mapping, etc.);
• Pilot the implementation of new services or activities in area of websites and content management;
• Perform estimations (time, resources, tools, etc.) according to the partner needs and define pre-requisites to start the service;
• Staffing/Recruitment: participate together with team Supervisors in interviews to ensure the resources with the right skills are properly assigned to the projects;
• Support the team on requests related to Website Content Management tools and practices;
• Work closely with a team of experts in areas of website optimization, SEO and Analytics;
• Drive improvement, bring innovative ideas for existing service lines as per industry trends and partners needs.

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• Ideally 3 to 6 years of experience managing websites and content for large-scale organization;
• Deep understanding of digital marketing activities and landscape such as eCommerce, Mobile apps, email campaigns, Social Media campaigns, SEO/SEM, analytics, personalization, etc.;
• Proven experience with Content Management Systems (ideally Drupal);
• Understanding of front-end optimization tools such as UX analysis (e.g. SessionCam), A/B testing (e.g. Google Optimize), feedback tools (e.g. Usabilla) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics);
• Ability to manage stakeholders;
• Result focus and action orientation;
• Advanced business English (verbal and written).
