Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Greek, Contact Center team in Lviv.

Main responsibilities:

• Accurately and timely respond to customer inquiries;
• Provide required information using available resources;
• Follow up calls where necessary;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
• Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices.

Main requirements:

• University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/International relations/Philology;
• Good analytical skills;
• Good listening and communication skills (excellent written skills);
• Good time management skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of English (Upper-intermediate: spoken and written);
• Knowledge of Greek (Fluent: spoken and written).
