Decision Support Specialist (P&L Simulation)

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Decision Support Specialist (P&L Simulation) position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performing P&L calculation for new/ relaunched SKU in according to request from business;
• Analyzing and challenging COGS calculations provided by factory costing;
• Supporting Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline;
• Analyzing and challenging product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate Value Destroyers and maximize return on investment;
• Ensuring quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood;
• Providing all necessary support and clarifications for business simulation activities to key stakeholders;
• Ensuring visibility and correct reflection of costs in P&L during simulation through driving of relevant analysis;
• Working closely with Business/Factory Controllers and marketing team in order to provide a high-quality data / timely framework;
• Ensuring internal control methodologies and tools adopted by Nestle meet expectations with respect to efficiency and effectiveness, drive for efficient controls through the review of processes with the objective to automate the process of P&L simulation as much as possible.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree in Business / Finance and/or Accounting;
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Sales, Factory or Supply Chain Controller) in FMCG;
• Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Power Point;
• Experience with SAP is a must;
• Analytical mind, able to solve complex problems;
• Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management; detail oriented;
• Ability to produce high quality financial reports, analysis, for all levels including board of directors, executive management, or team members requiring more depth of information;
• Performing well both independently and in team, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers;
• Confident, strong influencer, creative, change oriented, understanding cross functional business processes and able to drive improvements;
• Good knowledge of English (upper-intermediate).
