Agronomist (Supplier Development)

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Agronomist (Supplier Development) position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Arranging farmers and suppliers development to ensure quality, safety and consistency in supply at optimized cost to different businesses/factories in in the market/region;
• Leading implement projects (agronomic/quality) which support procurement process improvements and innovation / renovation projects;
  
• Controlling over technical maps on agrarian raw materials growth implementation by farmers and/or suppliers;
  
• Planning and controlling over soil processing techniques implementation, seeding and crop harvesting done by farmers and/or suppliers;
  
• Creating technical maps and soil cultivation technologies as well as creation of the work schedule to implement created technical maps;
  
• Estimating fertilizes and crops protection agents needed;
  
• Providing arrangement and control over farming operations;
  
• Preparing analytical reports on achievement of the key efficiency requirements.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree (agronomy, agricultural business, agricultural science)
• 3+ years experience in agricultural technology;
• Deep knowledge of wheat and mustard seed specifics;
• Presentation and negotiation skills, achievement focus;
• Good analytical skills;

• Advanced PC user (MS Office package);

• Good level of written and spoken English;
• Mobility (available to travel a lot).
