Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist position in Kyiv.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sustain:

  • Support business by resolving system/process issues affecting operations in SAP-CRM and common areas; prioritize them according to severity of impact;
  • Analyze and provide information to make business decisions (ability to manage and solve complex issues). If issue cannot be solved, escalate it and follow-up on timely resolution;
  • Ensure completeness and resolution of tickets raised by users (ticket management, including monitoring of technical components - batch jobs, interfaces, messaging);
  • Prepare the system configuration and test the system changes (plan, coordinate/conduct testing and create clear testing documentation);
  • Build efficient, open and regular communication with stakeholders in business, Super users, other functional areas;
  • Define, or use existing system health check procedures, train responsible people in business and control execution.

 

Projects:

  • Lead projects in the CRM area performing the full scope of Project Manager functions: management of scope, time, resources, risks, quality, communication and integration during Project Life Cycle;
  • Perform project initiation, planning, execution, control, closure;
  • Participate in projects implemented in other areas;
  • Initiate and implement business process best practices in order to improve business efficiency.

 

Key Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • 2+ years of practical experience in SAP (processes in CRM - Customer Relationship Management area);
  • Specialized knowledge of business CRM Processes and respective SAP functionalities;
  • Experience in both SAP solution implementation and end user support activities;
  • Ability to coordinate activities involving people across different teams;
  • Project Management skills, including ability to manage/implement several projects in parallel;
  • High level of initiative, responsibility and service orientation;
  • Good analytical and presentation skills;
  • Advanced PC skills;
  • Knowledge of English (Intermediate+).
