Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Hebrew, Financial Services Contact Center team.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries;
  • Provide required information using available resources;
  • Follow up calls where necessary.

 

Main requirements:

  • Good analytical skills;
  • Good listening and communication skills (excellent written skills);
  • Good time management skills;
  • Knowledge of English (intermediate: spoken and written);
  • Fluent Hebrew.
