EDI and 3rd Party Physical Logistics (SAP) Project Manager

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the EDI and 3rd Party Physical Logistics (SAP) Project Manager position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

Projects:

• Lead technical/process Projects in the area of responsibility performing the full scope of Project Manager functions: management of scope, time, cost, resources, risks, quality, communication and integration during Project Life Cycle;
  
• Perform Project initiation, planning, execution, control, closure;
  
• Build efficient, open and regular communication with Stakeholders in business, users, and other functional areas.
  

Sustain:

• Support end users in their daily activities through analysis and resolution of user requests; prioritize them according to severity of impact;
  
• Prepare system configuration, test the system changes;
  
• Monitor operation of technical components (batch jobs, interfaces, messaging, etc.);
  
• Define, or use existing system health check procedures, train responsible people in Business, and control execution;
  
• Initiate and implement business process best practices in order to constantly improve business efficiency;
  
• Support end users in issue resolution.
  

Main Requirements:

• 2+ years practical experience in SAP (3rd party WMS and EDI-O2C);
  
• 2+ years practical experience in development and support of EDI solutions (Edifact, XML, IDOC) on FTP and AS2 protocols
  
• Knowledge of SAP functionality - Messaging for 3 party MH, EDI messages (inc. mapping)
  
• Experience in both SAP solution implementation and end user support activities;
  
• Project Management skills - ability to coordinate activities involving people across different teams in order to achieve results in the given timelines
  
• Good analytical and presentation skills;
  
• High level of initiative, responsibility and service orientation;
  
• Advanced PC skills;
  
• Knowledge of English (Intermediate+).
