    We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consumer Insights/Market Research Manager to make a difference at Nestle Ukraine & Moldova.

    You'll be reporting to Consumer Insights/Market Research Group Manager whilst working with multiple categories and cooperating closely with Business Executive Officers.


    In brief, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing marketing research plans and providing recommendations for appropriate research to meet category objectives. Key research areas: brand positioning, communication development and NPD;
    • Delivering insightful and actionable results from consumer research projects;
    • Proactively share powerful consumer understanding with the category teams;
    • Ensure efficient usage of all available information systems (consumer, trade and customers) to monitor trends, conduct in-depth analysis and contribute to long-term strategies;
    • Monitor, analyze and communicate within organization Brand Health KPIs and Retail Audit data;
    • Drive one or more strategic corporate initiatives that Consumer Insight function owns;
    • Establish effective and efficient business relationships with Research agencies


    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • University Degree (Sociology, Psychology, Marketing or Economics);
    • At least 5 years of experience in market research agency or within the company in consumer insight/market research department; experience with FMCG industry is preferable but not must;
    • Strong knowledge of marketing research methods, statistical analysis approaches, research and marketing terminology;
    • Good analytical skills. Ability to integrate, simplify and draw conclusions from multiple data sources;
    • Ability to transform data into information for business decision making
    • Strong communication skills;
    • Developed leadership behavior: convincing skills, focus on and ownership of the results, inspiring & leading the teams;
    • Project management skills, multitasking and keeping the overview of all deliverables;
    • Ability to work under pressure and on the contrary, a challenging environment is what keeps you energized
    • Fluent English;
    • Above average computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint);
    • Preferably knowledge of Retail Audit data analysis and software.
