Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Recruitment Specialist position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading the full resourcing cycle (search, screen, interview, attract, recruit and on-board talents) by utilizing all available sources and methods;
  
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants;
• Participating in position briefings with hiring managers on staff needs and requirements;
• Placing job ads on the job portals, providing response analysis and candidates pre-screening ;
  
• Ensuring that efficient feedback is provided to candidates whether they were successful or not;
  
• Conducting personal interviews and recommending a short list;
• Participating in recruitment fairs;
  
• Participating in assessment centers;
  
• Supporting youth employment program.

Main Requirements:

• University degree;
• Advanced English;
• 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably within an international company or recruitment agency;
• Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interview);
• Strong expertise in search resources and research tools, excellent networking skills;
• Understanding of in-house recruitment cycle;
• Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian, Russian and English;
• Good client relationship skills;
• Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently;
• Friendly, confident, attentive to details.
