Senior Lawyer

THE ROLE:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Corporate Lawyer to become part of the development of our growing team. This role is ideal for a corporate lawyer who is looking to develop his/her legal skills in internationally oriented law firm.

The appointed Corporate Lawyer will assist the team in working on a balanced mix of corporate work including

• contract law,
• business launch,
• corporate changes,
• migration and tax issues,
• employment questions and
• financial law.

You will benefit from broad ranging role with real responsibilities, coupled with an opportunity to develop your legal skills.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have had

• at least 3 years post qualified corporate experience gained at either a law or a consulting firm, experience with foreign companies, representative offices, NGO;
• strong academic background, Master degree is a must;
• excellent English language proficiency is also a must ;
• strong communication skills necessary to interact with senior colleagues and the team within the business;
• advocacy certificate will be an advantage.
