Required Skills:
- At least 5+ years of experience in IT services sales.
- Experience in implementing Sales and Business Development processes in the custom software development industry.
- Proven results as a Sales Director/Business Development Manager/Marketing Director.
- Experience in budget and business plan development.
- Superior knowledge of operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service and employee management.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success.
- Strong verbal and written presentation, communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
- Fluent English is a must.
Responsibility:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
- Accurate forecasting, planning, structure large deals, negotiate deals & partnerships.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing sales/marketing team.
- Development and implementation of sales and business development processes.
