Required Skills:

• At least 5+ years of experience in IT services sales.
• Experience in implementing Sales and Business Development processes in the custom software development industry.
• Proven results as a Sales Director/Business Development Manager/Marketing Director.
• Experience in budget and business plan development.
• Superior knowledge of operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service and employee management.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success.
• Strong verbal and written presentation, communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
• Fluent English is a must.

Responsibility:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Accurate forecasting, planning, structure large deals, negotiate deals & partnerships.
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing sales/marketing team.
• Development and implementation of sales and business development processes.
