Project Manager (SaaS Product)

We are a fintelligent accounting and budgeting tool for small business. Our product uses your financial data to help you predict risks and get valuable operational insights. Our mission is to help small businesses get their virtual CFO advisory in a smart and cool app.

We are looking to find a highly motivated and data driven Project Manager who's willing to be dedicated to a sophisticated business with real value and ready to take maximum responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• PM experience in the web/outsource industry no less than 2 years.
• Development expertise (good SDLC background including basic DB / ecosystem architecture understanding, API requests mechanics).
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies (ability to pack tasks by sprints, plan workload).
• Technical writing (ability to write detailed tasks with clear objective).
• Ability to organize efficient meeting, build a process, develop task management format that suits a team.
• Ability to analyse, prioritise and have strong focus.
• Сlear structured communication, good tactical empathy, сritical thinking
• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.

Duties:

• Project scaling strategy and features prioritization.
• Work with documentation (user stories description, feature mechanics description, technical documentation).
• Development estimate and sprint planing.
• Task assignment (сlear and detailed task assignment for designers / developers / QA).
• Operational team coordination, process documentation and improvement.
• Work reporting.
