Head of Aftersales

Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company, opens a competition for the position of Head of Aftersales

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out Brands Aftersales standards in Ukraine;
• Supervise the operations of Aftersales teams to ensure set targets are met;
• Core aftersales processes implementation, support and training system establishment;
• Provide reports to management on all Aftersales activities;
• Deep dive into market and customer experience data;
• Plan and own aftersales campaigns;
• Liaise with other departmental heads to discuss plans and measures necessary for enhancing sales performance.

Ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of proven successful experience in aftersales management;
• Higher education, fluent English, German would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian legislative framework, Aftersales business, etc.;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights;
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities and execute in demanding environment, integrity.
