System Administrator

Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of IT Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Software and Hardware Management:

- Operation systems and software setup;

- Checks, verifies and approves requests for maintenance of equipment and software necessary for operation of information systems;

- Looks after the administration and maintenance of the company networking technology;

- Monitoring of using licensed software by LGEUR members;

- Servers support and maintenance;

- MFD and printers maintenance.

Information Security:

- network security at the corporate level as established by HQ IT department;

- Looking after security (electronic and physical) of information systems and completion of respective reports for the HQ;

- Ensure reliability and protection of information that belongs to the Company;

- Looking after corporate antivirus software proper functionality;

- Access Control System maintenance.

IT Helpdesk:

- Technical support of users;

- Identifying the problems and solve the issues regarding operation of information systems.

Other tasks:

- Singing of contracts/addendums with IT and telecom service providers; processing payments;

- Participation in FA inventory;

- Developing procedures and manuals for local service maintenance of equipment and for operation of information systems;

- Annual IT budget preparation, completion of Invest projects, managing of IT expenses;

- Looking for ways to decrease IT costs.

Requirements:

Academic and professional qualifications:

University degree.

Experience:

3+ years of experience System Administrator and/or in IT Field. Experience at international company is considered as advantage.

Languages:

Ukrainian - native;

Russian - native;

English - Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate.

Skills & Competencies:

Having strategic IT skills and decision-making skills;

Understanding of various aspects of an IT infrastructure: network system, LAN, database systems, server equipment;

Willingness to develop and grow professionally;

Ability to solve conflict situations and to manage conflict persons;

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
