Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of Regional Business Development Manager.
Job Purpose:
- to develop HA Business in Regional retail channel,
- to increase HA sales in Regional retail channel by 40-50% to secure strategic sales goals fulfillment
- to expand coverage of Regional retail partners by 4 geographical directions: East, West, South, North in line within GTM structure
R&Rs:
- Responsible for development of business with Regional partners based on partners distribution by geographical directions (East, West, South, North)
- Full-cycle relationship management between business and clients
- Agrees targets with customers based on Company KPIs (sales targets, Market Share (MS), In House share (IHS), Display Share etc.)
- Agrees with customers trade terms and conditions with further control of their fulfillment based on Company's KPIs
- Ensures fulfillment of sales targets in accordance with company's KPIs: Sales targets, Strategic models sell-out, IHS, WOS etc.
- Develops and agrees with customer Product Matrix based on Company Targets and strategic products guideline
- Ensures regular Order forecasting based on Company sales targets, Customer's supply planning, WOS and seasonal market trends.
- Analyzes Competitors actions, provides suggestions on counter actions
- Agrees sell out promo activities with Customers aimed at balancing customer's stock and maintaining company's KPIs (MS, IHS, WOS).
- Responsible for overall business relations development with customers.
