The person on this position will be responsible for:

• Ongoing daily support for Deployment Marketing Team in Kiev office
• Cooperate with Deployment Channel Leads in all countries to effectively execute the activations in store (on line and off line)
• Local execution in all channels - creation, production and delivery of all the necessary assets and POSM to obtain the key objectives set up by responsible manager
• Monitor the execution, prepare reports, analyze and draw conclusions
• Management of local translation agencies
• Management of local event agencies (Ukrainian only)
• Proofreadings' (catalogues, product names and texts, websites etc.)
• Regular visiting stores to better understand the specific processes in all channels
• Support Marketing Manager in data reporting (preparing analysis, budget reports etc.)

We are looking for candidates with:

• At least 2 years office work experience, preferably in marketing / trade marketing
• Student (last years) or Bachelor's Degree of marketing & management
• Experience in working with Creative agencies (briefing, coordination, execution)
• Fluent in analyzing data
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
• Self-driven, open minded, energetic and confident work style
• Proactive and helpful
• Very good organizational skills
• Capable to work with many tasks and stakeholders at the same time
• Personality with team spirit, who understands and takes advantage of the strength that is created by teamwork
