Market research & analysis
- Market research management in collaboration with Market Intelligence Group & outside research providers
- Regular analysis of Market trends, sales performance & competitors' overview
- Market & product forecasts (Demand, market share, sales capabilities)
Management of Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Portfolio planning, new products launch
- Global product portfolio analysis and local planning in collaboration with HQ and internal team
- Product strategy development and adapting in-line with Global guide
- Guide & control of strategy implementation (MarCom, Digital, RTL & trade marketing)
- Management of new products' certification
- Develop Sales guides/ training materials based on consumer needs according to Global strategy
- Line-up hierarchy building up, competitive and profitable price positioning, channelization
- Line-up effectiveness management
- P&L management by product, by model
- Product Sales planning (Sell-in, Sell-out) and control of healthy inventory
- Development and negotiation on matrix agreements with Partners
- Close collaboration with Sales team, active participation in Partners' meeting on product and commercial issues. Quarterly review preparation
HQ reporting
- Portfolio feedback, future line-up evaluation, price positioning discussion from local Subsidiary
- HQ reports preparation (on monthly basis)
- Providing HQ with all kinds of ad-hoc reports on Ukrainian market
