Our client, a leader in IT field opens a competition for a vacancy of Administrative Manager.

 

Administrative Manager Responsibilities:

 

  •   Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members;
  •   Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary;
  •   Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures;
  •   Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained;
  •   Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses;
  •   Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals;
  •   Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

 

Administrative Manager Requirements:

  •   Experience in related field with the company 1000+ employees. We are big and growing fast so you should be able to cope with such sizes;
  •   Your must-have are leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. You should be able to switch from task to task and manage your load successfully;
  •   Service department is always about work with feedback and making this feedback your next level of development. So, we expect you to have strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills;
  •   Very good English. You should fluently write and talk in English. Most of communication will be done in local language but English should not be an issue;
  •   Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office. You will definitely need XLS and PPT so you need to know them at least on the strong basic user level;
  •   Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines. We are working in parallel on various projects and your primary task will be to track progress, be always aware of any issues, take corrective actions if necessary and report correct status updates;
  •   Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures. This is a huge plus, at least budgeting should be something you have already done before. The rest you should learn from us;
  •   Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities. We need a leader of the team who will consider one of his/her primary goals, the team development/training/education.

 

Most important - you should be in love with administration and services, knowing "why" we do this and understanding the importance of this function.
