Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of GTM Head (Field force manager)
GTM (Go to Market) strategy development
- Channel strategy according to biz development plan
- Field force deployment strategy
- In-store communication alignment with product communication strategy
- Target management of GTM structure(monthly, yearly)
Field marketing force performance management
- Promoter deployment based on shop performance analyzes
- Weekly performance assessment of promoter and Senior supervisors
- In-out flow management of force, hiring process coordination with O/S agency
- Monthly planning and controlling of expenses for field operation
Sell-out performance
- Sell-out activity execution support and optimization in accordance with Biz. Development team.
- Weekly sell-out monitoring management
- Weekly Shop display data collection and reporting.
- Field operation optimization and implementation for efficiency of supervisor's task.
- Monitoring and analyzing of market intelligence and report.
- Business status, Competition, Activities in retails and any business aligned information.
Requirements to the candidates:
- More than 6 years of experience on retail marketing (work experience in the consumer electronics as a plus).
- Degree in marketing, management or other relevant field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English - strong intermediate and higher
- MS office advanced level.
