Our client, a manufacturer of plastic construction toys is looking for Area Sales Manager
The LEGO Area Manager will have an important role in managing a territory, being a part of a strong team culture and will need to be a positive and passionate brand ambassador for the LEGO Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Build distribution at Local accounts
- Support sales at National chains
- Manage a team of merchandisers in your area
- Collaborate with Local Customers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Execute of daily urgent Head Office requests
- Manage multiple in-store relationships (Store Managers and key contacts) in Major Accounts with a view to maximizing sales and profit
- Account Management for all Local Retailers within territory of product launches, promotional plans & replenishment orders etc
- Ensure nationally arranged activities, planograms and promotions successfully implemented at store level according to LEGO standard
- Collect market information about Retailer, Toy supplier and competitor activity for reports to Field Sales Manager, Account Managers and Marketing
- Assist with all new store setups and LEGO Installations as requested
- Proactively train store teams around the LEGO brand
