Our client, one of the world FMCG leaders, opens a competition for a vacancy of B2B marketing expert.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan for the country in cooperation with the cluster management and regional management
- Market development
- New product launches
- Marketing communication
- Marketing controlling and analysis incl. marketing budgeting and spending monitoring
- Drive market development and sales channel initiatives (perform market research to identify local business opportunities, support roll-out of target industry programs etc.)
- Optimize marketing usage of CRM tools for driving and monitoring new business development and sales lead generation
- Develop and monitor execution of Marketing Strategy
- Build and continuously improve category and brand knowledge
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and their execution
- Support management of Customer (especially Distribution) relationships, including organization of necessary business events
- Generate new product launches roadmaps, ensure availability of relevant launch sales tools, drive implementation and monitor success
- Generation and adaptation of marketing materials according to annual marketing plan in cooperation with regional marketing and external partner, including all relevant communication tools (printed materials, e-communication, sales support tools, exhibitions, etc.)
- Secure efficient internal communication and smooth information flow between regional Marketing / MarCom management and local teams and organization
- Local implementation and monitoring of marketing plans / initiatives / campaigns
- Actively develop proposals (e.g. product and promotion ideas) to improve the performance based on local customer and market insights
- NES / EBIT analysis as needed for understanding, planning and implementation of Marketing activities and sales support
Key requirements:
- Higher education
- Relevant experience in marketing field from 1-2 years.
- English - Upper-inetrmediate.
- Proactivity, responsibility, self-managed, independence, analytical mindset.
