Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-oriented approach
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with attention to details
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and according to a flexible schedule
• Experience on a relevant position would be a plus

Main responsibilities:

• Interaction with our clients (incoming line, chats, and e-mails)
• Providing a response to customers inquiries, related to the usege of products
• Keep established metrics in the sufficient range
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
• Working in shifts (morning/day/night)

Conditions of work:

• Flexible working schedule:
• Morning 07:00 - 15:00
• Day 15:00 - 22:00
• Night 22:00 - 07:00
• 2 days off per week
