Requirements:

• Hard Skills: 1+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
• Mandatory experience in researching, prototyping, user testing, and designing e-commerce designs and mobile-interfaces
• Background in Graphic Design
• Online portfolio that shows your experience in web, mobile and desktop applications
• Proficiency in any/some of UI/UX tools (i.e. Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of the basics of composition and color compatibility
• Knowledge of the various software options used in the field for design and rapid prototyping (like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in Motion Design
• Understanding of design trends
• Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Yandex Webvisor
• Experience in developing marketing materials (landing pages,pre-landing pages, emails, banners)
• Start-up experience

Responsibilities:

• Designs visually attractive and highly usable web, mobile & desktop interfaces with the goal of converting new visitors into customers.
• Creates sitemaps, wireframes, visual mockups, and design prototypes to assist in recommending design solutions
• Communicates detailed notes and specifications to development team members for efficient progression from design concept through execution.
