International law firm SBSB Fintech lawyers, founded 10 years ago, have opened a Senior lawyer position!

We deeply focus on providing legal services in Investments, Blockchain, Crypto, and FinTech. It enables our team to be very well qualified in a specific sector.

What you will do:

• Solving complex legal issues and assisting clients;
• Conducting consultations with clients from Europe, Asia, CIS, and America;
• Holding regular meetings and calls with key clients;
• Assessing and eliminating business risks;
• Managing a team of junior lawyers, providing guidance and support;
• Staying up to date on relevant laws and regulations;
• Maintaining solid relationships with clients and colleagues;
• Motivating and supporting your team of employees;
• Preparing a strategy for developing and growing the department.

 We assume that you have:

• 3+ years of experience in international law and consulting clients;
• Understanding of VISA and Mastercard rules, PSD2, AML, and CTF regulations;
• Virtual currency and/or Blockchain and/or Banking expertise;
• Strong project management skills and practical experience in managing numerous legal projects (multitasking);
• Advanced English proficiency;
• High analytical skills and attention to detail;
• A desire to work in a challenging landscape and delve into areas of law that may not have previous precedents or lead-on examples;
• Self-starter attitude to take responsibility and manage swiftly between demanding deadlines.
