Requirements
Successful experience in HR management or recruiting min 6 months;
Psychological education is a must;
Skills in candidate selection, interviewing;
Skills in direct search and headhunting;
General understanding of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
Experience in closing vacancies at the Middle+ level in the IT-sphere;
Superior verbal and written communication skills;
Strong research and analytical skills;
Attention to details;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Intermediate level of English.
Knowledge in Sourcing, Recruitment Tools and LinkedIn search will be a plus.
Responsibilities
Full cycle recruitment process;
Search and selection of candidates, including active search and hunting;
Building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates;
Organization and conducting interviews with candidates;
Conducting job offer negotiations;
Motivation and adaptation of candidates at the first period.
