We are looking for a Project Manager to leadership, coordination, processes and functions management.

 

Candidates should have the following skills:

  • Minimum of 1-year work experience in project management, including all aspects of process development and execution;
  • Advanced level of English is a must;
  • Practical experience in project management and budgeting;
  • Successful experience in improving team processes and project management;
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead a team: Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Management, Performance Management;
  • Ability to analyze in order to determine how to achieve the best results;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Willingness to develop PM processes and procedures;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Business etiquette knowledge;
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words;
  • Willingness to self-develop.

 

 

Priority consideration will be given to those candidates, who have:

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, standards;
  • Technical background in project management, programming or QA;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages, except English;
  • Experience with task tracking tools (Redmine, Jira).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customer management to understand the business requirements for any given project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the projects;
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously;
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives;
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence;
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization;
  • Suggest and take for new practicus and responsibility;
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project;
  • Staff performance monitoring and performance review delivery;
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs;
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables;
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders;
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team;
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards;
  • Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices;
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques;
  • Other duties as assigned.
