Technical Lead JS (React)

This project is a good challenge for those who can code and create a product. This is the world's most popular text-based, RPG game, where everything is created from scratch by the team. There are no premade codes, scripts or engines here.

You are challenged to lead the front end team and make the dreams of our gamers/users happen.

Requirements:

We expect you are 5+ years of JavaScript development experience, you are able to write high-quality code with a focus on user experience and performance and you are an expert in the following.

• Strong knowledge of best practices - a willingness to review code and provide feedback to other developers

• Ability to deal well with ambiguity

• Ability to provide time estimates and participate in the development

• Experience with management systems

• Ability to influence technical discussions and decisions

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and best practices

• Cooperation experience with business owners and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements and document solutions

• Ability to promote and influence direction on how to best solve business and technical problems

• Ability to lead and manage development teams. Willingness to collaborate with distributed teams

• Ability to quickly understand and work with unfamiliar complex code

Responsibilities:

• To act as a role model and mentor for other developers (mentoring and supporting team members)

• To drive architectural discussions for new applications

• Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes

• Analyze legacy jQuery parts of the project and plan correct architecture for rebuilding them into modern React

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
