Email Marketing Specialist

Maxpay is an international, integrated payment processor providing payment solutions and services for any type of online business.

We need of an experienced and ambitious Email Marketing Specialist to create and manage of email marketing campaigns for our three international brands.

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creation and analyzing marketing email blasts, conduct A/B tests to improve performance and create funnels.

Also, the Email Marketing Specialist will manage the database, client profiling, segmentation and targeting through extracting segments.

Responsibilities:

• Create email campaigns
• Create and maintain a communication calendar
• Launch, track, adjust and report on email campaigns
• Provide qualitive customer segmentation
• Develop and implement of trigger/event-based emails
• Deliverability improvement
• Generate and test hypotheses and approaches for general improvements of email marketing
• Perform A/B testing
• Create tasks for designers and maintain its readiness
  
  

Skills:

• 3+ year of hand-on experience with email marketing
• At least Upper-Intermediate English
• Experience with B2B products
• Experience with client focused targeting, segmentation techniques and marketing essential
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Creative approach and willingness to run A/B tests
• Knowledge of the email marketing metrics
• Team player with high level of communication skills and empathy
