Maxpay is an international, integrated payment processor providing payment solutions and services for any type of online business.


Our company is in need of an experienced and ambitious Senior Digital Marketing Manager. This is not managerial position. You will work in direct subordination to Chief Marketing Officer and your team will include such employees as digital marketing manager, email specialist and content manager.


We are looking for a person who speaks fluent marketing data language and can translate our goals into measurable conversions. We would like our Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Digital Team Lead to be a creative person with analytical mindset who aims at building a strong brand using digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase conversions through landing pages, calls to actions and forms
  • Optimize and continuously improve the website for Search Engines
  • Analyze web interactions using various web analytics tools — and contribute towards better user experience, growing lead generation, and a higher conversion rate across the website
  • Create requirements and specifications for web developers with a detailed explanation of required changes, new features, and improvements needed for marketing efforts
  • Develop strategy for boosting effectiveness of PPC metrics
  • Continuously improve digital marketing campaigns and website performance
  • Build and automize strong analytics and develop comprehensive report for all digital channels
  • Develop digital marketing expertise in the team, mentor and train colleagues
  • Lead the execution of all your experiments (A/B tests wireframing, assets development, tests results analysis)
  • Supports the localization process for the campaign
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team, Content Team, Product Team and PR team to ensure assets content is accurate, consistent and optimized for marketing channels
  • Support other marketing activities on demand.

Skills:

  • 4+ years in digital marketing
  • experience with Lead-generation in a B2B environment
  • experience in promotion on European and US markets
  • At least Intermediate English
  • Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
  • Hands-on experience with marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to translate analysis into recommendations, insights, and functional production plans
  • Experience managing the following performance marketing channels: SERM (Google, Bing), Display (Google), ASO, social networks (Facebook, Linkedin, Quora, Reddit)
  • Familiarity with GA, Amplitude, SemRush, Mailchimp, and other marketing and product marketing tools
  • Good understanding of HTML and Google Tag Manager
