Volvo Ukraine representing Volvo & Renault trucks is inviting the candidates to join the administrative role in Renault Trucks Sales Department.

Your profile:

We are looking for self-starter, energetic person with knowledge and experience in logistics and sales administration (experience in automotive industry is an advantage).

Role & main functions:

  • Administrative functions within RT Sales team (contracting, payments' monitoring, ordering & delivery, reporting, production program, invoicing forecast).
  • Administrating and supporting Customers/Suppliers sales contracts within the close cooperation with Sales Representatives.
  • Monitoring and controlling of payment obligations fulfillment to be in line with contracts obligations.
  • Putting vehicles into production, adjusting and monitoring the pipeline and orders in progress.
  • Administrating of all kinds of additional purchases for vehicles coordinating with the suppliers.
  • Preparing and monitoring the delivery & logistics of the vehicles to the final customer in line with the sales agreement. Monitoring and supporting smooth handover to the customer. Preparing the package of all the necessary documents for the vehicle registration in Ukraine.
  • Reporting (inventory days report, order book, delivered & invoiced units, consolidated vehicles sales report estimation vs actuals).
  • Compiling and following up the forecast on production to be in line with the operational plan and business demands in close cooperation with Business Controller & Sales Manager.
  • Compiling and following up the invoicing forecast of units invoiced and delivered.

Preferred experience & knowledge:

  • University degree in Economics.
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in automotive segment is preferable.
  • Experience within contract administration, logistics, customer service.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication/presentation skills.
  • Accuracy and orientation to details.
  • Achievement oriented.
  • Team player.
