Volvo Ukraine LLC being a part of Volvo Group considering intense development, strengthening of the market positioning and sales ambitions currently is looking for dedicated professionals to join the position of Key Account Representative.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage key account deals;
  • To strengthen customer relationship, to offer correct and complete transport solutions corresponding to the customer's needs;
  • Defining goals and activities together with VT Sales Manager;
  • Building good long-term business relationships with key body builders in Ukraine but not only;
  • Be responsible for full trucks sales process with key accounts: prospecting, market analysis, meetings with customers, negotiating and closing deals;
  • To maximize sales volumes for new Volvo trucks and soft offers as well as reach agreed and comitted sales target;
  • To find new customers and opportunities, retain and develop business relationships with existing customers;
  • To translate product features to a relevant customer benefit;
  • To ensure trucks delivery to the customer with a minimum lead time;
  • To secure handover process, follow up on the deal by contacting the customer;
  • To work proactively with customer's database and internal systems, update CRM after each customer is contacted/visited securing the accuracy and the quality of the data;
  • To negotiate with sub-suppliers and financial institutions;
  • To provide activity reports to VT Sales Manager including lost sales report analysis;
  • To participate and prepare the relevant documentation for tendering process;
  • Ongoing performance of tasks in accordance with the applicable law with the instructions, directives and guidelines received from VT Sales Manager.

  • Able to create relevant customer proposals that are of value to both the Company and the Customer, specifically related to profitability;
  • Strong Negotiation Skills;
  • Relationship builder;
  • Team-player;
  • Able to finalize the deals in a timely manner always securing the lead time;
  • Desire to work with passion and energy, learn and develop constantly;
  • Relevant sales experience in B2B;
  • Automotive background.

 

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree and equivalent qualification;
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
