Project Manager

Mindy Teams (www.mindy-teams.com) is a part of international brand Mindy Support (BPO market leader in Ukraine, Artificial intelligence и Machine learning) with over 2000 people in 6 offices across Ukraine. We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Now we are looking for Project Manager with competence in Client management and Management skills.

You will be responsible for:

Communication with clients (50%):

• Regular communication with clients on any matter
• Direct and detailed project communications
• Correspondence with clients in English

Operations (30%):

• Reporting, analysis of indicators and their analytics
• Ensuring the implementation of the KPI of the project
• Interaction with other divisions and areas of the company within the framework of work

Team management (20%):

• Team management and coordination
• Managing a team of operations specialists to improve the efficiency

Requirements for professional skills and knowledge:

• English Advanced
• Experience of communication with foreign clients - from 2 years
• Schedule in accordance with the country of the customer
• Excel, PowerPoint - proficient user
• FLEX, work & travel or previous experience working with the USA clients will be a huge plus

• The ability to clearly and reasonably set goals and objectives for the team

• High speed printing in English

• Excellent leadership and public speaking skills
