Project Assistant (English+German)

We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing for machine learning, customer support and marketing support.

Key areas: Data Annotation, Customer Care Support, Back Office Support, and Sales&Marketing Teams.

We are currently looking for a Project Assistant with the deep knowledge of English language for our international partner.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (both verbal and writing skills)
• Excellent written and verbal German skills
• Data collection and management
• Customer care experience (would be a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person

Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize industry-related data
• Maintaining database and CRM system
• Conducting Market Research
• Searching for potential customers
• Conducting a professional email correspondence
• Analyze and pre-select useful information before it is passed on to decision-makers
• Communicate with international suppliers and partners on sales and marketing activitie
• Assist in event research, planning and management;
• Other related duties as assigned
