Senior Lead Generation Manager

We are welcoming to the team person with experience in international B-to-B sales or Lead Generation in the IT or medical field.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

•  lead and develop a small team to help the company achieving objectives
• generate and nurture leads through social media tools such as LinkedIn/Upwork/Mailing
• enhance a lead generation services in order to facilitate the sales process
• identify opportunities for writing effective texts and messages in order to generate outbound lead opportunities
• provide engaging and articulate information about Empeek value proposition to potential customers
• analysis of problems and constant improvement to the lead generation process
• supporting the team in a searching process

Required Experience:

• 3+ years’ in sales experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or IT sector
• understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
• proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
• advanced English level
