We are welcoming to the team person with experience in international B-to-B sales or Lead Generation in the IT or medical field.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- lead and develop a small team to help the company achieving objectives
- generate and nurture leads through social media tools such as LinkedIn/Upwork/Mailing
- enhance a lead generation services in order to facilitate the sales process
- identify opportunities for writing effective texts and messages in order to generate outbound lead opportunities
- provide engaging and articulate information about Empeek value proposition to potential customers
- analysis of problems and constant improvement to the lead generation process
- supporting the team in a searching process
Required Experience:
- 3+ years’ in sales experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions or IT sector
- understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
- proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
- advanced English level
