Senior Node.JS developer / Tech Lead

About the project:

You will be working with highload enterprise project and microservice architecture.

We are building and working on special solution for the global hotel industry's leading guest acquisition platform, with more than 30,000 hotels, across 160 countries and thousands of companies and millions of clients that already using it.

What we are looking for:

Advanced knowledge of:

• NodeJS (and relative frameworks)
• Typescript
  
• NoSQL, SQL databases
• GIT, Docker, AWS
• Kubernetes

In addition:

• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
• GraphQL
  
• Terraform
  
• Grafana
  
• Prometheus
• Previous leadership experience in a team
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Guide, influence and be the driving force for the developers' team, so that the best practices are followed and ensure that tasks are performed according to planned sprints
• Be a technical expert responsible for architecture, analysis, development, and implementation of deliverables
• Be in charge of team members' expertise, evaluate and coach them on the technical and interpersonal practices of software development
• Participate in technical discussions and apply your problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Be responsible for various coding activities and development of new as well as improving existing features
• Actively interact and cooperate with client to stay updated on technical requirements and business needs
