Porsche Ukraine which was founded in 2008, is a part of Porsche Holding Salzburg - the Europe's largest automotive retail company, operating in 29 countries of the world.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and management support, office management, correspondence;
- Business trips organization;
- Purchase and administration of office supplies;
- Translations and interpreting;
- Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Participation in projects;
- Any other professional task or project mandated by supervisor.
General requirements:
- Graduate degree in linguistic or economic branches;
- Foreign language competence - advanced German, upper-Intermediate English;
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, esp. Excel, PowerPoint);
- Etiquette knowledge;
- Personal qualities: high efficiency and responsibility, optimism, punctuality, communication skills, attentiveness.
