Porsche Ukraine which was founded in 2008, is a part of Porsche Holding Salzburg - the Europe's largest automotive retail company, operating in 29 countries of the world.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administration and management support, office management, correspondence; 
  • Business trips organization; 
  • Purchase and administration of office supplies; 
  • Translations and interpreting; 
  • Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; 
  • Participation in projects; 
  • Any other professional task or project mandated by supervisor.

 

General requirements: 

  • Graduate degree in linguistic or economic branches; 
  • Foreign language competence - advanced German, upper-Intermediate English; 
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, esp. Excel, PowerPoint); 
  • Etiquette knowledge; 
  • Personal qualities: high efficiency and responsibility, optimism, punctuality, communication skills, attentiveness.
