Duties:
- Organization of product trainings for dealerships (for sales directors, heads of sales departments and sales advisors).
- Conducting skills gap analyzes, translation and preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session.
- Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities, and web-based learning.
- Taking part in training events by the manufacturer.
- Support of dealer's assessment processes and trainings for dealerships within sales processes, monitoring the quality.
- Responsible for different projects related to effectiveness of dealer's performance.
- Conducting negotiations with dealerships, planning activities.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in pedagogic);
- Advanced English, German is an advantage;
- Driver's license category "B";
- Excellent organizational and computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel);
- Experience with managing a large, complex group of stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively;
- Experience in trainings and education processes;
- Work experience in auto sales;
- Personal qualities: energy, optimism, confidence, sociability, focus on results, ability to present yourself and to teach.
